Company Darmex Casing Sp. z o.o. presented their offer during the leading international fair of meat industry – IFFA 2010 in Frankfurt on the Main.

The fair is highly popular all over the world; over 58 thousand visitors representing meat industry from 130 countries were noted; 949 exhibitors presented their products and services.

We presented our innovatory casing Polycel SM®, which guarantees unparallel quality of smoking hot-dog sausages in polyamide casing, comparable to cellulose, as well as hot-dog casing for cooking Polymini®, which is famous on the market for its good and repeatable quality. Polycel SM® and Polymini® are produced in smoke or clear color, in the range of calibers from 17 to 32 millimeters.

Beside the above mentioned products, our company offers also a wide range of multipurpose five-layer casings - Polybar 5®:

• Polybar 5® - general use, with the exception of smoked products,
• Polybar 5® T - wet pet food,
• Polybar 5® S - soybeans products and products containing ingredients that significantly increase their volume during heat treatment,
• Polybar 5® C- processed cheese, jam, sauerkraut,
• Polyround®(ring or semi-ring shaped casing) – pies, giblet products.
