Group of multilayer casings |

Five-layer, thermoshrinkable polyamide casings manufactured from the high quality raw materials through extrusion with biaxial orientation. They are characterized by high flexibility and high mechanical strength in technological processing which enables to reduce the production of waste. In cold storage conditions such casings guarantee appealing look, freshness of the product and no weight-loss.
Advantages of multilayer casings:
- water vapour barrier during heat processing weight-loss is minimized,
- good barrier qualities in relation to oxygen physical properties and aroma are preserved for at least two months,
- specialistic UV filters in the structure of casing no discoloration of stuffing during storage in refrigerating counters,
- stable thermoshrinkability around 10% smooth surface of a final product,
- available in a wide colour pallete products will stand out on the market-shelf.

The final size of a stick depends on the type of filling, type of filling machine and manufacturing technology chosen by a Client, therefore results of assortment from the Polybar group obtained in the production process may slightly differ from the results obtained in conditions meant for the tests.
