• the development and implementation of modern production technologies and confectioning of casings,
• analyzing of changing requirements of current and potential customers and satisfying them,
• the development of complex and professional customer service,
• effective management of processes, resources and staff in relation to the effectiveness of taken actions,
• improving professional qualifications of staff, their awareness and involvement in the processes of management of products quality and satisfaction from participation in creating a successful company.
